PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE BOOKED IN FOR A PHOTOSHOOT:


Photography Shoot Terms & Conditions;


In a photography session, you will have to pay the a 50% deposit of whatever the price of the photoshoot you're booked in for costs.


Payment options will be discussed via email or messenger if you're on facebook.


Cash & bank transfer are currently the only payment options I accept but I am looking to change this very soon.


In the event of you deciding after the photos are sent via email that you don't like them or simply dont want them and want a refund, I unfortunately don't issue any refunds.

Random Event Photos:


In the event of me offering to take your photo, I will hand a business card over for you to scan and it will directly send a link to your phone, send me an email with your name and who you were with,


E.G: ‘Hey you took a photo of me and my friend, my name is ***’,

And I will then know who you are to send your photos over once edited 🤩


Wait time is generally 1-2 days.

I hereby grant MJA Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use my photograph(s) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their website, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.

I understand and agree that these photos will be used exclusively for the stated purposes and will not be distributed to third parties for any other use without my explicit consent.

I grant MJA Photography the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photos for purposes of publicising MJA Photography’s services or for any lawful purpose.

I agree to the use of my image in any media, including but not limited to print, digital, and online formats.

A consent form will be supplied to your presence in the studio.
